- Columns are standard supplied 600mm longer for concrete footings
- Roof cladding standard included is Trimdek in Colorbond finish
- Gutters and capping is standard included is Colorbond finish
- Downpipe dropper supplied

Options available at extra charge:
 
- Higher wind rated designs such as N3, N4, C1 & C2 and site specific
- Add Colorbond facia trims to the external C beams
- Add Colour to the SHS posts by powder coating the columns
- Change roofing to Custom Orb with a 5 degree roof pitch
- Upgrade to C1 or C2 wind speeds for North Queensland
- Add extra height to the columns for more clearance
- Slab Fix Kits to attach columns to concrete floors
- Delivery is available Australia Wide
